Attending a private school next year –

A different Fulton County school –

Or moving out of state –

 

Request for Withdrawal Form – during the school year

  1. To withdraw a student from their current school, you mustbe the parent or legal guardian. 
  2. To initiate the withdrawal process, contact the Records Coordinator in the Counseling Department at 470-254-8609.
  3. School personnel will create an electronic Withdrawal Formin Infinite Campus. 
  4. You will need to complete and sign the form electronically through the parent portal. 
  5. Once the form is electronically completed, please notify the local school to arrange for the collection of outstanding items such as the device, cord/charger, a school issued instrument, and any other fines in order to continue processing the withdrawal.
